Destiny 2's biggest problem is that the D2 team was so busy making a sequel to Destiny 1 that they failed to realize Destiny 1 kind of sucked until the Live Team made it excellent. So three years worth of fixes and improvements and tweaks and stuff was entirely ignored.

Is this really the right idea? Making a sequel to an MMO shooter went very poorly for Bungie…

It made sense in theory. All other fighting games use peer-to-peer connections, & For Honor’s unique p2p system meant that everyone in a session should be seeing the same thing at the same time. It’s obvious from this original architecture & the lack of a quit penalty in the first few months of the game that Ubi

The gender imbalance is a little disappointing at first, but the four bros a) have extremely different personalities and motivations, which certainly helps, b) are incredibly likable and well-acted, and c) oddly have an in-world reason for coordinating their outfits, which...okay, but at least you can change outfits

“The Dragons are terrible”

I honestly tried to watch it.. but even from Shrouds perspective on stream I was still bored. I just don’t think PUBG can do the whole eSports thing.. the game is too random to be competitively entertaining. Watching Shroud lay waste to a bunch of people only to get out circled is just lame.

No, guns aren’t to blame. Our gun laws, the gun lobby, and gun fetishism however...

And do what exactly? Tell them they can’t make violent games anymore? Let’s just get rid of violent movies or tv shows then. Or here’s a novel idea: revise gun laws so a random teenager can’t buy it off the street and shoot his school to pieces.

Maybe a meeting with Molyneux could create an ouroboros of lies so unending we won’t hear from either ever again?

It’s the best time to be doing this, too. Nostalgia is starting to shift from 8-bit and 16-bit pixel art to early 3D. A lot of today’s 20-somethings grew up playing games with 2d sprites billboarded in a 3d environment.

No, nor would I want her to. I’m happily married.

Defending another person doesn’t automatically equate to “perhaps senpai will notice me.” Sometimes, the shit other people catch is just the result of a bunch of entitled manchildren who haven’t figured out that their feefees aren’t emblematic of reality.

I kind of love two things:

1.) The no-fucks-given attitude (seriously, the way we in the US slut-shame women for revealing any part of their bodies—while having no problem whatsoever with bros putting on a “gun show”—is absolutely ludicrous).

2.) That one of her logos closely resembles the Brazzers logo.

You should be able to download directly to your PS4, at least that’s been my experience with cross-buy games. They probably just listed it for ps3 so they’d have more than one game to list under PS3 (something they do with Vita/ps4 crossbuy games all the time).

God I don’t even care if it’s a direct sequel, just give me a game with the same crazy combat and buckets of gore. Set in space, make it Yandere Simulator 2, set it post DS3, make it the spiritual sequel to Demon souls, just more of that ripping and tearing.

Fantastic offering. Bloodborne is one of the top 5 exclusives this entire generation (and one of the best games full stop) so it’s great that, presumably, a lot of people will be able to experience it without actually having to drop cash on a copy. I imagine some folks were hesitant because of the difficulty level,

I’m actually looking forward to trying Superhot.

It’s similar to the Dragonball 10th Anniversary special “Path to Power” in that it’s a retelling of the original story in movie form. It’s just a one-off special. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yeah, but it being relegated to just a few certain Pokemon made it unique. Every time it happened, it was used as a special characteristic like intelligence, telepathic skill, and/or emphasize a long-established connection with humans (i.e. Team Rocket’s Meowth, Smash Bros.’s Lucario which is implied to be the same

pretty much. its a retelling without actually being a retelling of the first season. they wanna retcon ash’s origins so they can fit all the pokeymans that didn’t exist back then.

that and replace brock and misty for some fucked up reason even though the show just had a special with both of them returning for a few
