Honestly, I don't really see a reason to remake that movie Ôo.

Something else…
That section is one of the best on the AV Club (and I reckon I'm not the only one thinking that ! ^^), so wouldn't it be awesome to have the same thing with other types of movies ?
Please ?

Honestly, as long as he makes movies as good as "Red Cliff", he can make'em wherever he wants ! Ôo

I've always thought the same movie (better shot of course) but more "grim" and with Timothy Dalton as the lead would have been awesome.

"Face/Off" is the perfect example of "goofy over the top but good nonetheless". That John Woo touch is really what sets it apart from, say "Con Air" (I don't think anybody remembers that movie for anything else than Malkovich going off the reservation and the "put the bunny back in the box" line).

The last one I enjoyed from him was "Kingdom of Heaven" (the director's cut, and I had to turn off the part of my brain that knew all those things about the crusades….).

"Justified" is the only TV show I watched that in its last episode came close to "The Shield"'s last one in terms of quality (and viewer satisfaction).
The last line in the last episode of "Justified" makes it worth watching all the rest of it (which is worth watching on its own merits anyway).

HAG !!!!!

Well, Tarantino did make a career out of that so…

That seems to be Jackson's trademark these days. He can go from heart-wrenching awesomeness in one scene to "takes you out of the movie" stupid in the next. Truly baffling.

I don't know you enough to ascertain if that's a bad thing actually ! ^^

You're hopeless. And boring. Don't know which is worse.

You meant "I'm too dumb to read the reply". That's ok, I fixed it for ya.

Has Tom Hanks ever done something that would lead us to believe he is not a nice dude (except star in "Ladykillers" that is) ?

We would have then identified HBO's CEO of Tits I gather…

Nothing in my last statement indicated that I lost something.

He should have been the first "thank you" in Leonardo DiCaprio's Oscar acceptance speech.
Right after "thank you to the Academy voters, who finally ran out of patience and gave up after I pestered them with oscar-bait performances for so long !!!".

I'm a proponent of not giving trophies until the race is finished, the runners tested for performance-enhancing drugs, and the overall consequences of said race fully understood.

Most honest, as in the way he bragged about his inauguration attendance numbers, and the way he was humiliated at his latest press conference when "discussing" his electoral college votes ?
Sure.

Why ? Did he pretend to get raped by a wild animal, crawl through snow and eat raw bison liver grunting all the while like a half-dead possum instead of, you know, act ?
