Ranking Kurri ahead of Yzerman and Sakic is absurd, and if Sakic had spent the best years of his career on Gretzky’s wing (I know he was a center, whatever), he would have led the league in scoring every year.

Yeah I personally think Chelios is crazy overrated as well, but that might be because I only really remember him as an old man. I’ve had many people tell me that in his Montreal years he was the most dominant defenseman in the league, a Pronger level talent.

As a child I once watched in horror as a wasp devour an ant, head first and then one bite for each segment. The ant’s arms were flailing wildly in a futile attempt to escape the wasp’s terrifyingly strong grip. The flailing continued until there was nothing left of the ant. Twenty years later I still have nightmares

I wasn’t sure what the deploraball was so I looked it up:

I grew up in Montreal, but the Red Sox were always my AL team, partly cause of the curse and partly cause Pedro Martinez was my hero. And then 2004 happened and the Expos left and the curse ended and Pedro went to the Mets. Now I’m a bitter person and I despise every team from Boston. But when as a teenager I would

Funny, I was in Manitoba a few years ago when the habs went on a long playoff run, and it seemed like everybody was on the Montreal bandwagon.
