@Dancing Milkcarton: Ok, I have to come out in defense of at least HTC, which I'm willing to put toe to toe with any iPhone in build quality. And when I mean build quality, I mean sturdiness, not perceived style points. Heck, my brother up to a couple months ago was still using the original HTC Dash. Yeah, with

@lespey: No, I think he's talking about this one:

@IndustrialJones: You mean sleek, light and slim like the Incredible?

@a sexy hot dog: ...and it's sinking it's claws in Gizmodo's balls.

@roninpenguin: I assume by now Apple should have the phone science down pat....I hope.

@GizmoTron9000: Not to mention that Verizon and Google are tight buddies.

@Twanzio: A change from GSM to CDMA is a huge change. If it was true, it'd be a totally different phone.

@traviscollins: If I had a nickel for everytime these rumors come and go since they started....I could buy Apple Electronics, straight cash homey.

@roninpenguin: Wait...isn't Verizon voice still CDMA? Are they gonna dump their voice network and push voice through LTE?

@JimmyBanks: Yes, but the US will be different.

@sahilm: OK, you're gonna be the architect, but first you gotta be able to draw a maze that takes 2 minutes to solve.

@sahilm: Would you like to go with me to perform inception on the guy who signed off the Verizon iPhone?

@rdbuysse: Shh....this is perfectly set up for failure....

@The5thElephant: I find the claim that Android is not "true open source" a bit misleading. I suppose you're referring to the fact Google keeps some components to itself, but this doesn't mean it's not. Almost every open source advocate agrees, but Android is set to a different license than other OS projects.

@das7002: My only problem with Verizon is it's prices. But they're still arguably the best carrier.

@sansa: Not exactly. Just their CFO.

@blyan is not on fire: Oooh! Oooh!I have one reason:...because the invitation was made by Verizon, and not Apple? Maybe?

@BeyondtheTech: At this point the biggest surprise would be to see Steve Jobs in a suit.
