@Eddard: Notice the hand on the neck of the dog - there's only one way Putin knows to put a dog down.

@TheCrudMan: It's like an LP, but smaller.

@bainelaker: What if it looked like bacon?

@Almightywhacko: You may think the EULA is legal, but it's not up to you to decide, it's on the courts. EULAs have been challenged before. I don't know either way, but neither of us is a lawyer, so let's leave them to their jobs.

@David Rosen: Maybe if they were aware of the price difference people might stop and think. But for the most part, iTunes is the path of least resistance on iPhones.

@justinpe: Really? You can't download Amazon songs immediately on the iPhone? Hmm....you don't suppose Apple is manipulating the approval process to gimp a competing service, do you?

@Dreamwriter: Would be nice if either of them offered lossless audio tracks, so I don't have to cringe when I'm listening on my stereo.

I'm beginning to take a closer look at Amazon. My first forray into legal downloads was the Ubuntu One music store, which I tried to support. But having to pay just to synchronize your mobile app? Thanks but no thanks.

@Evan_T: I wish I was proficient in HTML so I could have a witty reply to this.

@Almightywhacko: I guess a legal question to ask would be if Apple has a right to force you to hand over your privacy just for using these apps.

@PHXPhoto: THAT is the most AWESOME POSTER I have EVER SEEN!

@rjp is protected: No, I'm not talking about the stuff you can see; I'm only explaining what the suit is about. Just because they have your zip code doesn't mean they're not tracking your location.

@rjp is protected: If you're away from home, it doesn't have your correct location.

Snow....cycle?

@HearMyVoice: Damn...I was just about to do that. Well played.

@OMGWTF_BBQ: Cyanogenmod user here on an EVO which holds a full day's battery charge (unachievable before the custom ROM). That's with a stock battery.

@B.Rose: Agreed. This should be in all cars from now on.
