Gotta add the disclaimer

I occasionally use a software that the company was going to obsolete and replace with an integrated add-in to a different software. I knew this a year ahead of time and asked IT what it would take to get the integrated add-in shortly after finding out. That date came and went and a year later I still don’t have access

I think the V-Rod is the only Harley I would honestly consider. It’s too bad they never made a more sportbike like version of it..

It’s not yet known what, if anything, will fill the cheap bike void. The Motor Company had no comment on future products.

What a terrible take. While I bought my first motorcycle at 17, I didn’t buy my first car until I was 22. I drove my parents cars through high school and didn’t need a car at college. There are many people who don’t have the opportunity to buy a car right when they turn 16 and many people who become gear heads later

If you’re talking about the truck, absolutely cool.

What’s more, neither the Pfizer nor the Moderna vaccine trials tested whether the vaccines prevent people from being infected with the virus. Those trials, instead, focused on whether people were shielded from developing disease symptoms. That means that it’s not clear whether vaccinated people could still develop

True, that was poorly worded. But the point still stands, we still don’t have scientific proof the vaccine prevents you from being infectious.

The one problem with how quickly the vaccines were developed is we don’t have solid proof yet that the vaccines actually kill the virus. It’s possible, the vaccine just prevents the symptoms from becoming life threatening, so you could still be infectious.

You mean better right?

I’d love one...but mostly so I can sleep while road tripping and just let the car do its thing. Especially through states like Nebraska or Illinois...so much nothing.

Long term this will probably work out well for Mitsubishi. They will basically have the “cheap” market to themselves with everyone else seeming to abandon it. It will build brand loyalty as long as the cars aren’t absolute garbage.

I didn’t watch, but I assume they mean the Tesla has a better drivetrain and the Ford has a better everything else.

Yeah, Erik completely misunderstood that conversation in 1st gear. Too much “big three=bad” in his head to think clearly it seems.

Presuming the windows were unable to roll down, if the electrics were disabled, could you break the glass and dig your way out of the snow?

My understanding is that the 6.0 is pretty reliable as long as you aren’t tuning it. It handles stock power just fine, but when you crank up the go juice, it really doesn’t like it. So people label it “unreliable” because they can’t crank up the power by 50%+ with a tune without issue like you could on the Ford 7.3 or

I really think we need to know what vehicles this guy has to make a recommendation. If he already has a CRV or RAV4, an Element really isn’t all that different or roomier.

I’ve mentioned to my wife before that “Side impact tested” doesn’t actually mean anything just on its face. Even if there were a standard for side impact ratings and a seat failed, you could still put “Side impact tested” and not be lying. It was tested, it failed, but it definitely was tested.
