There needs to be a apocalyptic movie where the “protagonist” keeps moving from town to town trying to escape an extremely deadly virus. Each town he gets to seems to start getting cases a couple weeks after his arrival. In the end it turns out he is an asymptotic carrier and has been spreading it far and wide and

I feel like Mistubishi more abandoned the US market than anything else. Sure they sell some frugal cars, but they don’t seem to be as cheaply made as Nissan’s current offerings.

That’s also true unfortunately

With KIA building quality cars these days...who is the bottom shelf automaker? Nissan?

My guess is that by mid April the new case rate will start leveling off due to current quarantine efforts, Trump will say “look, we’re past it”, do all he can to remove all quarantine measures, and then be all “no one could have known” when the case rate starts rising again 2 weeks later

If you throw in a second car for free I’m in.

That we still allow politicians to hold stock and businesses while in office is an embarrassment. Of course they’ll be influenced to make decisions based on information that isn’t publicly known (or at there very least is buried and hard to find)...but insider trading doesn’t seem to apply to them.

Easier would be to remove a few key pieces and claim it’s inoperable.

This idiot is also on record as being worried coronavirus relief bill would incentivize people to ‘not show up to work’.

It’s interesting to me that these companies even mention that they’re shutting the plants down because of falling demand, when they could just take the easy win and pretend like it’s all for the safety of their beloved employees.”

I really need to get to the Indian dealer near me and take one of these for a ride. They look fantastic and sounds like they a great all around bike.

I think you’ll be waiting a long time.

Neutral: They sowed their field, let them reap the consequences.

I may be a bit biased since my personal experience so far is that corporate America does not give a shit. My entire team can do 99% of our work from home, yet there hasn’t been a hint of that even being allowed yet.

There absolutely should be a minimum paid sick leave law...people go to work sick all the time here to avoid losing a paycheck or using up what would be a vacation day instead which ends up getting other people sick. US businesses are too shortsighted way too often. Do you want one worker out sick for a day or two? Or

Here’s what’s going to happen though. FCA/Ford/GM are all going to keep going full steam ahead with production and this will spread throughout their workers and the communities. Many people will get sick, some will die. Then once things get back to normal, FCA/Ford/GM will layoff everyone anyways because no one bought

Yea, I’m a bit pissed my company has not at least told the design engineers to work from home. There is almost nothing that we can’t get done from home instead of the office.

Thinking that ANY president would have prevented this from getting into the US is laughable. The US is one of the most traveled to countries in the world between business and recreation. The only goal is just slowing the virus’ spread which means event and travel bans. The response of this administration has been

Nuance?! WTF is this shit?!? We don’t do nuance here!

I would say that’s a seriously generous assessment
