I may be a bit biased since my personal experience so far is that corporate America does not give a shit. My entire team can do 99% of our work from home, yet there hasn’t been a hint of that even being allowed yet.

There absolutely should be a minimum paid sick leave law...people go to work sick all the time here to avoid losing a paycheck or using up what would be a vacation day instead which ends up getting other people sick.
