While in no way defending what Greenpeace have done here, I think it's a little bit over the top to call it harming the environment. "Defacing an irreplaceable piece of Peruvian history" sure, but the environment doesn't really care how those rocks are arranged.

No dragon has to leave. Based on the statements given, none of them knows, for certain, that he/she has green eyes. None of them even knows, for certain, that the lack of a dragon disappearing means that he/she has green eyes because everybody has green eyes.
