As far as I can tell, it’s a development platform for manufacturers and a retirement plan for former F1/WEC drivers. I’ve tried watching it, but for some reason I just can’t get excited about it.

Local engineer here - lets address a couple of points
I do wonder if their manufacturing problems drove some of the design decisions here. Like if they looked at their defect reports and decided to do something like that.
Flat panels like that lose a lot of rigidity. They vibrate like crazy upon any mechanical stimulus
I thought for sure it was a troll... and they were going to bring out the “real one”.... I’m literally shocked at how bad this is.
This is extra funny to me because I used to own a Honda CBR 929 RR with the license number RRR 204.
If you want to rally professionally, here are the correct steps.
MV Agusta turismo veloce lusso? With the rekluse SCS option its clutchless too. Hardbags, triple, 120 hp and electronic suspension damping. Not cheap but depreciation will be a treat!

“A Davie police officer got to the scene, a little south of Interstate 595 almost immediately after the crash and found the car fully consumed by fire. “
Nope.

Fires are one thing that worry me about EVs. Having one charging in my garage makes me nervous, even if I know it’s slightly irrational. If it were to catch fire, my whole McMansion would be toast in like 5 minutes. It’s basically made out of graham crackers and elmer’s glue.
It’s waaaay better to have wider kidneys, but BMW is too keen on emulating Lexus and Acura in their recent “uglier is exciting” design language phase that they are just about staring to come out of. As the BMW 7 evolution can attest, wider was better for a long time until there was no space left between the headlights…

They don’t mess around in Germany regarding highway laws. As RCook mentioned, getting a German driver’s license is like going to college in comparison to the US, this is excluding US Military members.
Everything I’ve ever read indicates that one of the major reasons this is even remotely possible is that getting your license in Germany is far more difficult than we can comprehend here in the US. Driving is still more privilege than right as it were. Also the police will bust your ass for left lane camping, either…
