I had a dealer tell me one time that his price was justified because of all the repairs he had to do to the car after taking it in on trade-in. Even showed me the invoice. I laughed at him and said “Why should I pay for something you overlooked on trade-in? If I overlook something when buying this and bring it back

Or...

I live in Kansas(eastern, by Topeka/KC) and I absolutely hate the drive west of Topeka on I-70.

I actually work in downtown topeka, for Kdot no less and I have never seen this lady, although I have heard about her. A friend of mine is a member of a topeka police scanner group and told me about this yesterday.

Read one comment, immediately knew where I was. Thanks for reminding me why I dislike this portion of the site. I would prefer if you did not lump me in with people like this.

I’ve seen the rubber mixed with asphalt firsthand, it’s a great idea in theory but in real practice, it’s a mess. It went down smooth, but the first time it got hot, it became squishy. There was also a lot of waste. This could be more of a user issue as we were ‘trying’ it out, but I know it was the last time we did

2 thumbs up. You can never have enough cheese.

I took two days to read this. Part on day one and the rest the next morning.

You won’t regret it.

While this is about burgers, if you are grilling and you are planning on putting some brats on the grill, TAKE THEM OUT OF THE DAMN CASING. They are SOOOO much better out of the casing. You can’t handle them a lot after you remove them, but they will stay together just fine and you can even season them now. Extra

1. Don’t smash the hamburger tightly together when you are prepping them.

Man that thing is ugly.

All I can think of when I see this is when you see a dead skunk in the road and you have no time to go around it, so you straddle it and hope your car has enough ground clearance that you don’t ‘disturb’ it, in this car you are going to have a bad day....

I’ve done this by myself. Went in and talked to the PA and had him double the fine and reduce it to a non moving violation. Some cities/counties are different but I’ve probably done it 5 or 6 times when I was younger. Obviously some you just need a lawyer to get out of.

They were doing construction on my normal route to/from home and work so I had to take a more rural route that had more hills, twists and turns. After about a month of traveling this route and rarely even seeing a car I started to get more comfortable with the road.

This is going to sound like I’m being an ass, but when it’s warranted...

probably related to minutes 3 being optimal for a nugget.

BOOM! this.

That’s a bit much even for this fine example. Hell I think that’s about what it was new. - turns out it was around 16k.

I like it.
