Thank you. Davis is a good player on his way to becoming a great player, but I expect to see something extraordinary when I see these bait-click headlines about Davis, and so far they've been....meh.

Salvador should hook up with Fat Joe. I'd watch that.
I know the Halloween remake by Rob Zombie is mostly just slasher-porn, but man, it scared me. It's got it's share of jump-scares, and the violence is brutal and disturbing. I had a hard time sitting through it.
Agree. I didn't watch the game, but it looks like even if they get a really good punt there, the Seahawks will only have to get about 30 yards to be in field goal range for the win.
Umm, because Stewart could see him, like the other drivers who avoided him. I know the wing blocks his view somewhat, but it doesn't block it completely.
I wish I could pull off just one of the moves he busts out starting at about 2:00.
Maybe. I think in most states Stewart can still be at least partially responsible. So even if a jury found Ward 75% responsible for being a dumb ass, and Stewart only 25% responsible for being an asshole, then Stewart would still have to pay 25% of the damages.
Nothing for Stewart to be mad about? In the video, Stewart and Ward are jockeying for position and Stewart pushes him into the fence, then Ward comes out yelling and pointing at him. I think it's pretty easy to imagine a situation where Stewart's adrenaline is pumping and he's a little pissed.
Fair enough. I can't prove he intended to scare Ward, and you can't prove he didn't. Tony's got a reputation for being a hot head, he gave it some throttle at the last second as he was passing Ward, and the other drivers managed to avoid Ward (granted, Ward lunged at Tony at the last second). I may be wrong, but I…
My point is, that shouldn't really have an impact on whether Stewart was charged or not. Yes, Ward was at least partially responsible for being an idiot (whether because of the mj or because he's an idiot). But the reason that Ward acted like an idiot doesn't make Stewart any less culpable.
I watched the video several times and thought that Stewart was probably at least negligent for driving too close to Ward in an apparent attempt to scare him. But the grand jury obviously didn't see it that way.
What does marijuana in his system have to do with anything? Are stoners fair game?
My thoughts exactly. When I first saw the headline, I thought, "no way, Jezebel is publishing a piece sympathetic to aborted babies?" But the author never made the connection, though it seems obvious to me.
Some reports I read said the son had scarring from previous incidents.
That made my day.
In a lot of ways, I think that Peterson "disciplining" his son was worse than Rice hitting his fiancee. When Rice hit his fiancee, everyone - including Rice - knew it was wrong. Rice may not have been very sorry for it, but he knew it was wrong. When Peterson initially spoke with the police, however, he was…
"O'Donnell: But what changed? I mean, on the first tape she was lying unconscious on the ground, being dragged out by her feet. Did you really need to see a videotape of Ray Rice punching her in the face to make this decision?"
If shorts aren't cool because it's never hot enough to need to wear them (even in Dallas and Miami), how can you justify wearing a tank top - ever?
I guess I'm going to have to retract that statement. I've read a lot of articles about Ferguson, and I know I read that somewhere, but I can't find it now. If I come across it again, I'll link the source.
If he was in so much pain that he couldn't see, he definitely should not have been shooting:)
