I've quite enjoyed my time in Destiny so far, but it really does feel like 'World-of-Warcraft Lite', which is perhaps rather funny given that WoW was itself a simplified Everquest in many ways.

man, as much as i want something new to play, and as big a fan as i've always been of Halo and borderlands, i simply can not get over how boring and bland this game seems. :(
It hit me when I listened to "Don't Worry, Be Happy" by Bobby McFerrin on the radio and remembered he was in the video.
Bobby said, "It will soon pass, whatever it is." I smiled at Robin's antics I remembered in the video, with a shed tear on my cheek.
That's actually the most important thing to take away from this. The questions. The nagging doubts. The fears, stuck in the dark corners of your skull. Maybe, just maybe, the urge to want to cherish and appreciate what you got and whoever you're with.
I stopped leaking twice already now. Enough. Logging off now.

One of the greatest aspects was that you had to use your brain to get anything done. You didn't encounter someone giving you a quest and they were all "well, I can see you're a flaming fuckin' tard, so let me just mark where I need you to do what on your map for you..."
They explained to you what they needed done where…
