They haven’t exercised any right to ban anyone just yet. I totally understand what your saying about having a hard time selling more DLC to people who where literally cheating and got banned.
They haven’t banned anyone yet .... they are planning to actively punish new exploits with 14 day temp bans, caught doing it again then its perma-bans.

No, it’s actually a great analogy.
Problem is Dark Zone after level 30 there’s only “two” brackets ... those below 160 Gear Score and those 161+ Gear Score.... so it’s not really “same level”. DZ needs more Gear Score Brackets like 182+, 200+, etc., etc. to be fair.
The best game to do co-op that had levels on characters was Final Fantasy XI Online .... The game had what’s called “Level Sync”.
The Incursion is meant to be played once a week. People are REPEATING AND GETTING MAX GEAR IN FIRST WEEK.
If nothing is done, they will continue to cheat in all future updates.
The hard mode incursion is not hard doing it legit.
Game is not broken for someone playing it normally. In my experiences as well, I have not encountered these crazy DZ overpowered rogues/groups out there. It seems most people are just playing the game and going for supply drops.

I like public test servers, not sure why there isn’t one to test new upcoming updates to solve these kind of issues before it’s worldwide.
Yea I was thinking the exact same thing as a temporary fix to separate the cheesers with uber gear from those getting gear piece by piece, mission by mission.
