Yea I definitely agree, it does get sluggish at certain times. My educated guess is that the Xbox One seriously needs DX12 to improve CPU speeds.

Yea seriously. This is the worst DRM that is hidden as a "rental service". This service has to rely on so many variables for it to even work correctly. Steady, constant Internet, no drops or game stops. Lower resolutions, frame rate drops and so much potential for lag.
