They all use the same old chips. These are old chips, not in use by anyone except auto manufacturers. Newer chips are much more prevalent, but are “untested” in the eyes of auto makers. They want something “tried and true”. Has nothing to do with Challenger . being on an old platform. Dodge just did a better job

Dodge isn't cleaning their clocks. Take their nuts out your mouth for a second. They barely beat out Mustang, and ford stopped making mustang due to chip shortages. Dodge barely beat a company that wasn't even producing a  product for the same amount of time.

Challenger is not a pony car, and never has been. It's always strictly been a Muscle car. Camaro and Mustangs are pony cars.

They had awd v8 chargers and challengers.  Nobody bought them, so they went away.
