I feel like you’re only getting receipts from drivers who feel like they got screwed with this change. I’m betting you didn’t get any receipts from drivers where Uber lost money on a fare because they paid a sticky surge to the driver even though the passenger did not pay a fare.

No one is entitled to a certain racing line especially if you’re not ahead. At turn in Leclerc is still very much ahead of max.

LeClerc stated to that fact he was going to lose the race to Max, but he thought that it wasn’t a clean pass.  That Max should have been more patient, he was going to get him within the next lap or so. 

Look again at your own picture. The track is bending right, both drivers are going straight. How exactly was LeClerc supposed to “yield[] to Verstappen’s line”? You want him to slam on the brakes? Verstappen went wide in a deliberate attempt to force LeClerc off the track. You can’t get a nose ahead and then use that…

They always drive over all the marbles and rubber junk on their cooldown lap to pick up as much weight as they can, and it melts to the hot tires. The tires didn’t look like that during the race.
