So I watched Twister probably 200 times once it came out on video. 8 year old me loved that movie, U.S. Marshals, and Jurassic Park. I'm not saying it's great but it's got a very special place in my heart.

I'm going to jump on this train to say that as a person he's always impressed me. His acting is what it is, but he's by all accounts a pretty stand up dude and I always hate to see him get so much shit on the internet.

Dude its so good! I used to work in a record store that bought used dvds and cds and someone came in selling some special edition dvd of it so I was lucky enough to buy it off him for wicked cheap.

Yeah the marketing for this really sucked but I think they were trying to hit what the assumed was Burr's key demo (bros) when he, and typically his fans, are more thoughtful than that, as evidenced by the writing on the show and his specials.

Dennis, these reviews have been excellent, thank you for them. This show really hits home, I was moved by the ending. I had actually read Frank's last lines as "You can do this." (tell your family you got fired) "No you can't." (it can wait until tomorrow) and it just hit me right in the guts. I think the way they've

WELL I THOUGHT THIS WAS FUNNY

This is peak boston.

I WASN'T LISTENING OH NO OH NO-A-OH

The folded flag line had me dying laughing, but I also really can't wait to see the payoff of the fact that the kids think the old jewish holocaust survivor (little shot of a number on his arm on this episode) is a "nazi." That, for me, is proof that even if this show doesn't hit it out of the park in these first 6

I assume that the ghost's name is Jukebox, which is a pretty stupid name for a ghost honestly, but who knows. Maybe they're putting a ghost in a jukebox of some sort, so they're using the noun Jukebox as a verb.

"John Cage is an Elephant" would make, if not a good band name, an exceptional song title.

ARE YOU LISTENING?

I'm stoked you guys are reviewing this. As a born and bred Mass-dude (hole, whatever) I've been a huge fan of Burr for a while and I think this first episode really does a good job of handling the setting. I'm curious to see how much pathos they incorporate into the series cos his stand up only ever does it in a very

So back when I worked at Blockbuster I rented this on a whim because it had Goldberg in it and it looked ridiculous. That night I went over to a friends house and we all sat and watched the movie (and greatly enjoyed it.) When the movie finished we turned off the DVD player, setting the TV back to cable and it just so

Holy shit.

What is the process for finding new contributors to the site?

"Masshole the Asshole" is just too good.

Yeah there's a bunch of stuff like that apparently. A friend of mine mentioned "Hubris Comics" (Newbury Comics IRL) and apparently there's a bunch of hardware stores called "Fallon's" and then there's a "Fallon's Basement" in Diamond City. (Filene's Basement was a popular regional clothing chain here.)

Whovian, I feel like you'll be able to remember this game: didn't Gostkowski miss a relatively easy FG in one of his first appearances for the Pats? I only remembered this cos at the time people were lamenting that Vinatieri was gone. I brought this up while watching the game last week with friends and they all acted

I totally forgot about that, easily one of my favorite football moments of all time. Thank you for that gif, I will carry it with me.
