The "killing Hitler" topic was one of the themes surrounding the film "Looper". I think it did a really good job of conveying that.

I don't have the answer to that. You would have grounds to a class-action lawsuit, I'm not sure whether Kickstarter would do that on your behalf. Here is what Kickstarter says. Keep in mind, this wasn't enacted until late 2012, so it only affects projects since then.

Kotor is one of my favorite games of all time, I replay it every year. I even bought SWTOR at launch (80 dollars total), just on the hope of rekindling that feeling.
With the state Bioware is in now, would you even want one?
