That's harsh dude. Give him some slack.

His post was instigative, and he knew he would get responses.

No problem. It's kinda complicated here, and laws change wildly state-to-state

5th time I've said this. It isn't that clear cut! 1st degree murder doesn't have to be pre-meditated. The "felony murder" rule in California could potentially make this a 1st degree murder. Definitely 2nd degree. Up to the DA and what kind of deals they can get.

Is this the right place to start a flame war? A good man has died.

That simply isn't true. I'll explain this again. In California, we have a "felony Murder" rule. Since he was in commission of a dangerous felony, he will be charged with at least 2nd degree, and can be charged with 1st degree.

The felony murder rule applies here. He could be charged with 1st degree murder.

It is definitely murder since he was in the process of committing a felony.

He will, cool it,

Could happen. Murder while fleeing cops + a gang enhancement?

That makes it even more obvious the prices aren't going to go down. The publishers are too used to be making that kind of dough on consoles.

And make remarkably little. They make about a dollar or two per sale, maybe 5 for each console.

Microsoft will be monopolizing the market. Steam has numerous competition, to say no-used games is the reason for sales is ridiculous. This would not lower prices, only get rid of ways to get around the set price by Microsoft and the Publishers.

Whoever believes that this will bring Steam-like prices needs a reality check.

Chapter 3 is so great.

You're ignorant.

While they aren't technically zombies, it sounds like The Last of Us is perfect for you! And me as well!

So now you see my point in how the issue of used games is not different than the always online issue.

Bet you're feeling real stupid now.

So basically, it's an Online pass, but 100 million times worse.
