Read the articles guys. It affects EVERY used game. You CANNOT play without activating online. No limited functionality.

Nope. Used games are blocked and Microsoft charges to activate the game.

Can someone explain to me how this console isn't always-online?

How else are they going to check whether your game isn't tied to another account?

No he's trying to fund his game through the community. The very community he spits at. Not to mention he wants 1.35 million for ONE episode. Yet they still have tiers for buying all 12 episodes, yet they make it clear they aren't bound to make them.

Don't forget that SK owes millions to the Canadian government as well.

Any Watchmen reference is the best reference!

Thanks Stephen! Sorry to ask on this article, wasn't sure where to ask.

Is Kotaku going to have a response to Denis Dyack's video refuting the Silicon Knights article? I'd like to see one.

Denis Dyack posted a video responding to the Kotaku article about Silicon Knights. Thats some news right there

Oops. My bad. Forgive me Jesus!

What about Deus Ex: Human Revolution?

You even suggesting that Comstock is Booker from the future tells me you have no idea what happened at the end of the game. You should replay it.

Maybe in a TAY. It's not really that appropriate for me to write an essay long description of the ending and how it brilliantly wrapped itself in the core narrative in an article about how it is on sale.

You obviously weren't paying attention if you thought that ending was just to have a "mind fuck". As I stated before, it was foreshadowed throughout the game AND was in perfect harmony with the game's core storytelling themes.

Ending made total sense and was foreshadowed throughout the game. It's rare that an ending rewards you for playing it again, the subtleties throughout Infinite is remarkable (example: the blind priest/baptism).

Is Bioware even capable of making a well written game anymore? The only lead writers left are Mac Walters and the writer of DA 2. That's not good. I think it would be much MUCH better in Obsidian's hands (never in a million years would I have imagined to ever say that).

Edit: Double Post

Guess they're much more interested in searching for the slightest inkling that Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is homophobic...
