You say this Silverware, but there was actually a comic where Punny turned into a black man for an issue. Though your interpretation is better than the actual comic that was made: He didn’t seem to learn *anything* from his experience, even if just in the issue itself.

They need to stop trying to make Batman into Moon Knight. Thats Moon Knight’s schtick (and don’t get me wrong, I actually prefer Moon Knight), just let Batman keep his own identity please instead of trying to make him into an arkham asylum loony. 

They are BOTH in the Doom Patrol series, for some reason. Seems redundant to me.
