One thing I find interesting is how many other outlets (such as Ars Technica) have also referred to this as ‘Steam-style refunds’, even though Steam was the *last* of all major PC digital storefronts to implement refunds, and that was only after they were taken to court by the Australian government.

Makes sense as they’re seeing the writing on the wall with both Steam, GoG and Origin in regards to digital returns.

I think another thing that Yooka-Laylee has touched on is how our perception of ‘content’ has changed.

I always thought the biggest issue YouTubers had is that they’re not nearly as talented as they think they are.
