I see where you’re coming from, but as someone who works in marketing I can tell you that a whole lot more research and data goes into it than you’d ever think. If they did this they have the numbers to back up this decision. Time will tell though.

What? I have DD’d a manual where I live (Miami) and hated it, I’m not unable to I just prefer not to...which I stated. Don’t get me wrong, I love driving a manual, just not in traffic.

So, unless you actually work as a contractor or are an off-roading enthusiast, just buy a damn car.
