Sorry, but why is this a better solution than buses? Because it seems to me its all about emotions and aesthetics, and not good transportation. Because enclosed cars? For them to really be useful, people have to be able to just hop-on and hop-off. They’re only really useful for short rides, as in 4-5 blocks.
