I wouldn’t recommend any of these brand knives. Ever. Coming from an Exec Chef, any of those knives are unacceptable. Personally, I only use Japanese cutlery, ranging from gyuto to yagani-ba. Brand names such as Masamoto, Misono, Takayuki, or Yoshimitsu. These are better knives. More expensive though. I think this
