I wonder how many more women will come forward. FiveThirtyEight pointed out that saying the current ones are liars is a great way to encourage other harassed women to speak up.

I like Catan more than Ticket to Ride or Carcassonne.

To be blunt, I think a lot of the people complaining about “PC police” in these comments are not old enough for a job. It’s bizarre to think you can just say these kinds of things to a coworker and not get punished by your company/organization.

That’s one member of an entire family, but yeah, I remember that now and that was super gross.

Why does everyone dislike the Kardashians so much?? Have they done anything particularly bad? Being famous without being equally talented seems like a reason to be envious, not angry.

Man, that’s like straight up Red Pill philosophy before it was a thing. No wonder he’s so popular with certain groups.

Why is this standard so unequally applied, though? If I talk about how a guy in a harem show should’ve ended up with waifu #5 instead of #3, a lot of people will agree with me. If I say an anime should’ve been a season longer, or should’ve ended five seasons ago, there’s no problem. But if I say that a series

Nice try... at getting you to recognize your own hypocrisy? Yeah, wasted effort but it was worth a shot.

I will agree that KLK gets embarrassing in its fanservice.

I disagree. The end result in equality - I don’t mind women being objectified in the things I watch as long as men are equally objectified, to the point that it’s clear the creators are enticing a mixed audience instead of solely catering to the male gaze.

As consumers, we also have a right to discuss the things we watch and buy. You’re telling people they shouldn’t exercise their right to talk about something just because you disagree with what they’re saying.

It sometimes shows up for women in reverse harems as well.

I get pretty tired of some people using “censorship” as a reason to stop discussions they don’t want to see other people engage in.

Don’t they have fanservice both ways, though? Gurren is full of shirtless men, and Kill La Kill has that one guy who does the shoujo gaze thing.

So... she’s saying Trump is too lazy to grope around an armrest? Or maybe his arms are as small as his hands?

This can’t be spun away as a couple of disgruntled individuals with axes to grind.

Women who don’t have consensual sex are to be protected. That’s the distinction right there.

To be fair, Republican women are unendorsing Trump a lot faster than the men - that suggests there’s some element of personal disgust, even if it’s selfishly motivated.

If this article offends you, and you were smart like Bill, you’d scroll on past instead of complaining about it here in the comments.
