I imagine Hannibal has a Twitter on which he only posts pictures of the food he prepares and cryptic riddles.

I agree. As much as I enjoyed the artfulness of the first three or four episodes, there was room for condensing.

I would absolutely love to see Fuller's take on Clarice, and what her entrance into the story would mean for Will and Hannibal. That's my main reason for wanting more.

You can be two things.

I loved the Italy arc, but I'm quite upset we never got Dolarhyde's backstory. It was easily the richest part of the book.

It's amazing how well the song fits in with the show's very recognizable score.

I do wish Jack had had a bit more to do in the back half of this season. It's rather odd that the third man in the opening sequence existed mainly in the background for the Red Dragon arc.

Bryan Fuller absolutely excels in that aspect. He's so reverent towards the source material while playing with it enough in order to imbue the show with an element of surprise. Apart from that, that he played the Red Dragon arc so straight was the biggest surprise of the season for me.

"I'm gonna ch-ch-ch-ch-change you~"

Elisabeth Moss for Clarice. It is my dream.

Murder husbands 4ever

I'm going to miss this show so goddamn much.

Thanks!

Mads Mikkelsen is my favorite Lecter by far. I love Hopkins in the role (at least I did in the first installment), but Mads' subtlety puts him ahead for me — he's a big reason why Hannibal is one of the best-acted shows on television. (Not that it has to be a competition.)

"Unbreakable! He alive, damn it!"

I think there are small-ish differences. But maybe that's just me? In the book, I believe he was caught trespassing on a crime scene and was forced by Jack and co. to do the story on the Dragon, while in the show they're asking her for a favor that would happen to sell well. But the key thing is that she didn't take

"It's not that kind of party." Will and Hannibal shrug and head off to the Red Room of Punishment.

And with that, show!Freddie would not have put herself at that risk. She's much more careful and low-lying than book!Freddie. Chilton, however…

The jealousy between the two is the best. Also, I'm partially convinced Hannibal's voyage to Europe was part of a ploy to get Bedelia and Will to partake in a threesome.

Better known as Bryan Trololololler.
