Ah, I think you're right. Though I'm still mad at him for Beverly and Abigail. I just hope we can eventually get something for Will that's as satisfying as Jack kicking Hannibal's ass last episode.

Gillian Anderson looked especially gorgeous this episode. This cast is filled with people who age extraordinarily well.

Someone's gotta pick it up, right?? Now it has lesbian sex!

At least he didn't make any dick jokes this week?

To be honest, I have no doubt that Bryan Fuller would cast Will's wife to trick us into a sense of security.

You're right! I totally missed that.

Thoughts this week:
-Lots of Christ symbolism this season, what with the punctured hand, the cross in Pazzi's home last week, the art in the various locations.
-I love the subtle ways Will and Hannibal have come closer to one another. Will is dressed better than Hannibal here. As well, Hannibal's hairstyle is looser,

Donnie Wahlberg in Transformers: Age of Extinction, with even less of a Texan accent.

The costume work on this show is amazing. The outfits pop even against the incredible sets of this season. Though I do miss Alana's wrap dresses, I appreciate all the changes in costume as extensions of character. I love that Will dresses somewhat better now because of Hannibal's influence. And thanks so much!

Yeah, you're probably right, though I do think it expresses how great the show can be.

If Hannibal died and the rest of the show were just about Will and his dogs, I think I would be okay.

You're leaving de-train-estration!

That's such a smart observation! I totally agree. An extension of Hannibal's mortality and need for human intimacy further condemning him.

Look under your chairs!

"Where's Jack?" "In the pantry."

I agree. Hopkins' Hannibal is very all-knowing and all-powerful, while Mikkelsen's is the devil forced to wear a person's body. He is entirely evil but is forced to confront the limitations his humanity confines him to. He simultaneously loves and hates humanity. Though his scheming does tend toward ridiculous at

I really hope we get some Mason-Will interaction this season so Mason has the opportunity to be like, "Oh you two know each other, do you? Are you and Hannibal going together, or are you still going stag?"

I liked that Chiyo didn't put up with Will's "You don't know him like I do" bullshit. I loved her line about not being malleable like him.
