No, obscenity laws have to pass this nonsense. Most sex scenes would pass the third bar easily, as they’re apart of a greater whole that would be considered ‘art’.

Better to quit than to be awoken by that one friend who
That’s not how any of this works in practicality. I get what you’re saying, but the Supreme Court has ruled against that line of reasoning throughout our history pretty religiously when it comes to media.
They don’t ‘have’ to do anything, that’s the point. The only reason they did anything at all is to appease the moralists in the 80s and 90s who were worried about the fabric of our society being undone by ‘objectionable content’, as every generations worry warts has always done with media.
I’m more fucked up by the god damned Dark Crystal than seeing Rambo, and I saw them at the same age (around 4).
No, because we’re a weird fucking country.
Counter-point: No. It’s free speech and the government should never regulate what private citizens can or cannot buy (EDIT: When it comes to media) regardless of age. All ratings boards are voluntary for a reason.
My response: Fuck you, you emotion baiting, sexual harassing, daughter lusting cunt nugget. You’re a terrible human and you will die miserable as no amount of power will ever make you happy. Ya fuck.
Won’t happen but I appreciate your optimism! :D
Did you watch the video? They’re trying to combine the the haphazard nature of city building in feudal Europe with a tool more commonly used to make districts in a game like Sim City. It’s ironic SIMPLY BECAUSE they want it to be an “organic city-building simulator”, which seems like maybe seeding would be better…
Kind of funny to see a pseudo-city planner when the goal is to make organically flowing cities, as most cities were of the time. Still, I can’t think of a better way to do it, so *shrug* Looks cute.
Not when you make a living off of it. Guy had gone fully in on this idea and now that he’s failed he’s grasping at straws. Good luck bud. You’ll need it.
Welcome to today’s episode of ‘Complain about a game we didn’t play.’, featuring complaints about racism, sexism and historical fallacies.
The Sealion meme is so aggravating as the comic itself is problematic, but is used to shut down conversation as a fool proof ‘Aha!’ moment of realization for those that want to live in a bubble they created. It’s not how the world works, change isn’t made from jerking each other off. I can disagree with you and still…
@Laserface1242 In case you dismiss it, I want it to be known that I gave my best foot forward here and tried to communicate. It’s your prerogative rather you want to or not, but this’ll be here either way:
Listen man, your evidence is all circumstantial thus far and none of it actually seems to show anything but a guy passionate about history. I’d be the first to jump down this guys throat if he did anything that was truly despicable, but at WORST he is a shitlord, but even that seems to be a stretch.
If I’m oblivious, tell me why. I obviously am missing something you seem to understand quite well, and am perfectly willing to admit I’m wrong or in need of improvement. So I repeat, have a discussion. Realize I’m coming at this with nothing more than opinion based on what I believe to know.
We aren’t dismissing anyone. In fact, come out of the greys, have a conversation.
Yeah, he still has yet to show an example of a black person in Bohemia which would validate his argument. If they really were around, you’d think it’d be pretty easy to debate someone rather than circle jerk.
