Shocked the president didn’t even say this. The fact that he didn’t bring up that this violates CSU-specific rules means he truly doesn’ give a fuck.

ACTUALLY, at CSU you’re only allowed to put posters up by going through some college office. You’re supposed to bring your posters to some office who approves them for display, stamps them with an official stamp, and THEY put up the posters for you.

So, regardless of free speech, this is a public university, whatever…
