Oof, the tutorial sucks. Would be nice if they allowed you to try it rather than just showing you animations and text.

Whoooooa, you don’t use the d-pad all the time? I keep trying to use the stick for these kinds of games, but it never feels good.
I just imagined a Amazon Games/DICE hybrid developing the next Battlefield and lol’ed
Is it really a surprise that fully immersing yourself in a world that exists solely to block out the real world and keep you captive to work is a bad idea? I mean, isn’t that the concept that Severance is taking to the extreme?
Like all the people making up all sorts of explanations about how it can’t have possibly passed internal controls? Talking straight out of their ass because they’ve already decided they want to be outraged lol.
To be fair, if this happened in any other context you’d probably wouldn’t hear about it, so there’s potentially some sampling bias going on.
It looks like Minecraft’s answer to Warcraft II, only without playing as both sides of the conflict. (Although that’d be a good DLC!)
Seeing gameplay on this SCREAMED MTX-focused design. I didn’t know it would be this bad! It also had whiffs of Chinese mobile games.
I bet Blizzard was banking on the game’s quality to sucker players into giving up their wallet.
PER character? Jeez.
And IIRC all three are character bound, so you’d need multiple instances of each subscription if you wanted to play more than one character : 3
“Congratulations! You’ve unlocked the ability to give us more money”
NetEase did it under close supervision from Blizzard.
WoW, Diablo III and Diablo Immortal all have transmog. The only reason to assume Diablo IV won’t have it as it’s a reason to be mad about it.
Curious— why don’t you use EGS? I can’t think of any reason to not use both EGS and Steam— even if you only use EGS for the free games (they gave out the Bioshock collection last week!).
Sorry, I don’t follow this at all. If I play but don’t pay, I’m encouraging someone else to pay colossal amounts of money that they wouldn’t pay if I weren’t playing? How do you get there?
I’m a level 60 Paragon 2.
too little too late. My friends have already moved on.
would’ve been real cool on launch, 343.
Really? I find plenty of ingots in the mines and villages. Perhaps not enough in one trip for a new weapon, but certainly enough that two trips would do it. And given that you’re going to have to wait a couple of game days for a bunch of ingots to smelt anyway it’s not that much different. Smashing barrels/crates,…
Solar Opposites is awesome. What’s with the raggin’ on it?
Solar Opposites is a Hulu cartoon by Justin Roiland and Mike McMahan. Given it’s going on its fourth season (actual fourth, not split-up fourth), I’m guessing it’s pretty popular.
