It was in an area where off street parking is a rare luxury. Another annoying thing about it was the apron had settled such that you had to back in just so to avoid scraping bottom on the threshold. I once parked my clubman in there and tore one of the plastic jack pads off on the way out.

My sister once had an old condo in Evanston with a very old garage. It was pretty deep actually but just barely room to get out of her Fit on one side.

I’ve never had that, but there was the time I was driving home in my clubman when I noticed the heat getting weak. Turned out it was very low on coolant because of the classic thermostat housing leak. Fortunately it wasn’t far and it was somewhat cold out so I made it home. Read more

I particularly remember it because I started really getting into reading OPPO while my I was staying with my wife and newborn son in the hospital, and he turned 3 in May.

Wow I remember it like it was yesterday. I saw this nice old SAAB 900 with louvers this morning and thought of your Celica quest.

Might as well pull the engine at this point. It’ll be easier.

I got the urge to get my Nikon F out a couple years ago. Shot a couple rolls on it. Which I haven’t developed yet. But man, a real split prism viewfinder is nice.

We looked at Bolts too.  I like it a lot but I wish they were a bit cheaper.

That actually turned out to be a rather busy intersection. A really loud Infiniti went by as well as the LOUDEST NA Miata I’ve ever heard. And a steady parade of cars with obvious mechanical problems too.

Thanks, I insist on colors; if you look closely my orange MINI is barely visible. Dead Cobalt is my neighbor’s.

This one lives near me, I met the owner at this show. I’ve seen this one on the road maybe once, but I do see him in his DS now and then.
