This being a Pacific Northwest driver I am not shocked at all. They overreact in every situation. Added bonus of a Camry driver. There are some big spiders here in the northwest too. Wouldn’t crash my car over one though.

I agree with you, some people will never be financially responsible or be under they impression they are. I also will not put anything on my card I know I can’t pay off by the end of the month. If you are a somewhat responsible person there is no reason at all to fear a credit card. In fact you should embrace having a credit card! I try to buy as much as possible with my credit card. Why you ask? Cash back bonus! I literally get hundreds of dollars per year for no reason at all other than using my credit

I drove around NYC and Long Island faster than I would have taking mass transit. When parking was an obstacle I’d just park in Queens or Brooklyn and take the subway in. All banning cars in NYC would do is make life more difficult for businesses and working class people. Most people can’t afford a $2500/month studio
