Literally NOBODY is saying the story is fabricated “because he’s gay”. They’re saying it because IT’S CRAP! 2 AM, subzero windchill, and these “MAGA” guys are just out walking around with a half-assed noose and bleach, hoping to run into... who? A cast member of a hip hop soap opera who they recognize on sight?

I honestly don't recall anyone saying that he made it up because he's gay. It was more so his facts surrounding the attack that were almost too good to be true. The only logical conclusion to his facts would be that he was stalked because nobody is carrying around a noose and some bleach on the off chance that Jussie

Consistently delusional if you really think the majority of people who never believed this obvious bs are racist homophobes. Mostly they’re just not braindead lemmings like yourself.

No, the simple act or doubting or being skeptical is not racist. And it’s racist to paint with broad brushes someone who does doubt or express skepticism as racist without first understanding their motives or reasons behind their doubt.  It’s that very rush to judgment that leads to stories like these.

Thanks to your ilk, the stories of fake victims have become so prevalent that real ones are less likely to

Just perusing some of the comments here and you seem like an incredibly hateful moron.... here’s what I’ve got so far:

It’s not racism. Not everything can or should be explained according to a contrived narrative. Chicagoans and anyone who knows Chicago, and I lived in that neighborhood for 5 years, felt his story had gaping holes from the onset.

This was one of the dumbest articles I have ever read.  No one intelligent believed Smollett from the start because his story was unbelievable and because it promotes a narrative that both Hollywood and the media have a vested interest in.  Next you don’t have a clue what happened with the reporting from ABC and CBS.
