I do not live in the US of A so I could never understand why my PS3 was so much more expensive than the US one. That was until I had an interresting read, in smaller markets Sony sells the PS3 at a higher price because they can not recoup their loss via software etc. So they loose on hardware only for big markets like…

Nintendo will continue watering down console gaming until we have the crash of the 80's when Atari was Nintendo.

I am deeply concerned about this. If all game developers start following suite we will have shovelware al over and no more good games.
