I thought the same thing about RAGE, then saw the small blurb under 'The Oddballs'. Though, now that I think of it, placing it under 'oddballs' probably pisses me off more than if it wasn't listed at all.

I'm really hoping they go for the game-subsidized business model. Sell the device cheap, make a profit on the games.

While that may be true for some, that doesn't mean that they won't buy an NGP too. I own an iPhone, iPad, and a mac mini, some might call me a fan boy. But I am very interested in getting my hands on an NGP as well.

Just because they plan on adding two more single player campaigns doesn't mean it's '1/3 a single player campaign'. There's 30 missions in the existing Terran campaign. ([starcraft2.ign.com]
