@gochurush: I didn't make any assumptions about her or her family. I just said that taking a picture of your baby sucking on a bong doesn't make her a hero.

She wasn't arrested for posting the picture. Posting a picture isn't a crime. She was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

@nootron: Every element, including metals, have all 3 physical states of matter - Gas, Liquid, and Solid. Yes, you can make iron gas if you heat it hot enough. Definitely not an oxymoron.

@j14: Right, because talking on the phone isn't legal.

@toosharp4u: The Carmack actually mentioned in his keynote Q&A that he hasn't really looked into andriod development yet at all.

@irx: It works quite well in N.O.V.A. on the iPhone 4.

@kapanak: In his keynote he said he wasn't allowed to talk about Doom 4 until next year :(

@Ambolee: He actually explained in his keynote that the only reason he did it for iOs is because he has (and likes) his iPhone and iPad, so wanted to make games for it.

@Lemonade: Gosh I hope they never do.

@mackinder: I read back in the time they fired him that it was because after making Quake, all he did was play Quake.

@Charliehorse: Technically, a chopper is a bike with a chopped frame to lower the seat. But yeah even by that definition most 'choppers' you see aren't chopped.

@AmphetamineCrown: I don't see how that has anything to do with this conversation at all. And since when do they teach networking in grade school?
