Mint has fallen into the hands of a company that has a long tradition of jamming upgrades down the throats of resistant customers. (Look up QuickBooks.) Given that sort of reputation, my paranoia level about mint has gone UP, not down.

Is this version portable? I'm getting to the point where I want ALL of my software available on a flash drive.

I tried nodevice recently when I needed a Lexmark driver. The entry for such I found through Google led me to a page with the service manual and, if you wanted the driver, well, after the "little formality" of sending them money, you get full site access and what did I find? They didn't have the driver after all.
