It cannot be overstated how much parents hate leaning over to put kids in car seats. Making a vehicle a bit taller means less back pain and faster swapping.

As with all Subaru's, it has a forgettable interior and an exterior that looks bland/ugly but will look great 5 years from now.
I just traded in a 2001 330xi for a 2007 Audi A4 2.0T, both manual transmissions. The difference between Audi and BMW is night and day...the Audi is the better car in every single measure except for power (3.0L I6 vs 2.0T I4, duh).

Honestly, I think you hit the nail on the head. In the past, the cheap car challenges were ultimately about the cars, not the drivers or the stunts. In each challenge, the hosts would poke fun at the car's reliability, design flaws, or unique characteristics.
Let's just face it. It's not going to be like Season 9 to 12 anymore. It wasn't terrible, but when they do stuff like in the last bit with the police department, it's just plain boring.
