Thank god SNL is back. What would we do without all that mediocre comedy?

I’m starting to get the idea that if you have a show that isn’t a cultural phenomenon, you’d better not get your hopes up for a season 4.

Angel wasn’t unresolved. The openness of the ending was a deliberate choice.

I think part of the reason the ending fell flat is that at times this season I really think the writers, directors, etc. were trying to focus more on relationship and character driven moments instead of the whodunnit stuff. The best moments throughout this season had very little to do with the actual murder case, and…

if anything the price would go up because of the notoriety.

My takeaway was that it’s the cop, a.k.a. Paul Rudd’s character, yeah.

Too true. The murders weren’t even the main focus of the show in the beginning. It was the chemistry between three weirdoes who shared a common interest. The murders just brought them together. I have no idea why they decided to split them all up for this long.

The concept of the series isn’t good enough to go on for a lot of seasons like this with just having a different murder every season.
