That’s one of my hang-ups about celebrity voice actors; they’re often so indistinct. You look at a picture of the OG cartoon and you can hear those voices in your head. But the same doesn’t work with the likes of Natalie Moralis.

Klasky-Csupo’s character designs have always been ugly even in 2D, so transitioning them to CGI was never going to work well.

Add to the fact that Michael McKean’s voice for the character is nowhere near as memorable as the original guy.

Yeah, I’m not the biggest fan of the “this isn’t canon, so everyone can die” trope (like in those NewsRadio episodes, the Futurama anthology eps, and for a while, it seemed like Homer had to die in a Treehouse of Horror episode just because).

Max Rebo.

(except the animation style)

Andre Baugher for Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Goodness, I totally forgot about his tattoo. What a great visual.

I like Nandor’s reaction to watching The Big Bang Theory: “Very faithful to the slot machine” as if the latter came first.

If “Title of Your Sex Movie” was the last thing Holt got to say, I would have 100% fine with that.

It’s also somewhat amusing they Amy said they only did it that one time, when it was the second version of that shot they used (without Gina).

This wasn’t their strongest season, but this was a very enjoyable finale. I thought it was a maybe a little too full of references to the past, but I liked seeing characters like Caleb and Mlepnos show up one last time.

Yeah, this season of B99 has not been their strongest. I will say, they were robbed of having the finale air last week on 9/9. What a total screw up on NBC’s part.

I like that on HBO Max, search results can give you specific episodes of shows.

My only regret is that I have one like to give this.

My brother used to watch BBC America a lot for reruns of Top Gear. Now the schedule is literally either movies or Star Trek. Nothing BBC about it at all.

What were they thinking ending Comedy Central Presents? There’s no shortage of stand-ups out there.

Kinda like all these MCU shows for Disney+; Loki’s the only one so far that isn’t essentially a mini-series (What If? excluded).

I remember we watched this movie freshman year high school when my history class talked about the Renaissance.

Yeah, NBC is showing football instead. One of the greatest whiffs in TV history.
