I’d love to have a 240z. Too bad affordable ones are in such rough shape and the prices on clean ones are getting really high.

I was really excited about driving a V8 challenger or charger and finally got to and just....meh. Didn’t think a V8 could be so boring. It was on a basic test drive route so I didn’t really get to push it or anything, but I still expected a bit more.

Oh man, my mom has been getting these at least once a month for years. Every time we’ve moved somewhere the local Nissan somehow finds out where we live and we get the usual “We need your 2005 Altima NOW!” Most recently we got a phone call from the local dealer and they were very pushy and rude about the whole thing.

This kind of reminds me of the first community college mechanic program I went to. There were about 100+ students and about 4 teachers. Basically you’d start with one teacher and learn basic stuff about the career and about cars, then you’d move to the next teacher and learn another subject and so on. A group of at

Mine was an 89 two tone coupe with an auto. It was in really great shape, but after buying it from a shady dealer and having it die on the way home I found all the neglect that the car had received. While stock it had a trashed exhaust system, starting system, bad rear suspension, signs of frame damage in the front

The 240sx. Ruined by drift and stance/flush bros. Basically any 80’s-90’s Japanese car though.

As a resident of NC and within 20 or so minutes of this dealership it doesn’t surprise me much. I feel like for such a car somebody that they deem qualified should have been the one to drive it, not some regular salesman. Most of the salesman I’ve driven with are horrendous drivers, like most people I seem to be

This isn’t as easy as it sounds...In my case an ‘89 240sx coupe in two tone green, absolutely in mint shape...physically....sort of, automatic and a working HUD. I have searched tirelessly for about 2 years straight and have found exactly zero that are close to the car I had. Sure I could just buy any old 240 and fix

Currently driving a 2004 Golf GLS and while I really enjoy it, it’s basically been in the shop since day 1. Now, I’ll give VW a break since the previous owner only seemed to take it to Jiffy Lube. I’ve luckily been limited to timing belt(which was overdue), an alternator and some general suspension stuff like

My 240sx died around 2011 and since then I’ve had 4 or 5 cars that were all model years 2000 and up. At one point I had gone around to every dealership both new and used and drove just about everything from basic economy cars to sports cars. If it was under 25k used or new I probably drove it. Out of the numerous cars

There’s an older gentleman that lives in my area who owns a first gen which looks super clean. I believe it’s stock besides modified exhaust. It sounds amazing and while I was driving next to him the other day I could just see the joy in his face as he revved it hard and went through the gears.

Not everyone is able to install a charger in their home though. Of course I figure most people who can afford to buy these own their own home and have a garage. Near me almost nobody even has a garage and it’s been a hard search to find anything affordable that has an appropriately sized one.

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES. Oh I so hope this car actually gets built and comes here. Disappointed they’re going to be about 40k though. I can’t even afford an FD now let alone an RX-9. Hopefully they aren’t all destroyed and LS swapped by the time I can get to one.

I’ve only ever really seen two, maybe three in the past two years I’ve lived in Raleigh. We have tons of non Tesla charging stations. According to a quick search there’s only one in my area and it’s at the Tesla dealer. Seems odd to me I never see such a “popular” car in the capital of a state that has a surprising

I feel like I’m the only one, but I just can’t stand the styling on Mk. 4 Supras. I just think they look terrible, especially the rear end. I much prefer the Mk. 3

I never had drivers ed. By the time I had actually decided to take it my school got rid of the program. After that I didn’t start driving until way after graduating high school and I just had my parents teach me. Got enough hours of driving with them with me, took the test and got my license.

1st gear: The sedan is just kinda meh and it doesn’t help that everybody seems to have one. When I’m on campus it’s just a sea of civics from the 90’s-present and if it’s not that it’s some type of Honda SUV/Minivan. It’ll probably still do just as well as it always has.

It’s still considered small though? It’s

I hope they come back properly. I bought my MK4 about a week or so before this whole thing started happening and it’s not helping my feelings on the car. I was SO excited about this car and VW in general and now I’m having problem after problem with it and am generally annoyed. Just give me some kind of hope that

I have a Mk4 Golf in Reflex Silver. Why? Because it’s the only Golf in decent shape I could find so I wasn’t particularly picky. I do tend to have a history of silver/grey/white cars though even though my favorite car color is a nice blue. I particularly like the blue on the recent gen Accord coupe,(sedan is a totally

Really disappointed about the lack of an automatic. I’m always on the opposite side of the whole manuals thing since I can’t drive one due to leg pain and some other issues so now here’s yet another car I can’t drive up there with the STI, S2000, etc. The s600 got a CVT so maybe there’s hope they’d add it for the
