I really hope it goes under or at least slows down. I deal with them constantly at the airport I work at and they’re the biggest group of assholes I’ve ever seen. They constantly speed, ignore stop signs , cut people off, park in restricted areas despite police intervention, always fights in staging areas, etc. Any

Used to be a huge Nissan fan, but they’ve been garbage for years. I work at an airport rental agency so I move a lot of cars around and I ACTIVELY avoid Nissan when I can. Its rather difficult since we get hundreds of brand new Altima, rogues, sentras to prepare for rental each week. I’d even rather drive a Mirage

Ive already seen most people in my area moving to Facebook marketplace. There are maybe two 240sx’s on Craigslist vs 20+ on Facebook. This extends to any other 90s and prior Japanese car I search for.

Had a forever car that I unfortunately sold because I couldn’t afford to fix it, though the money it sold for went towards my mother’s car so she could get to work. Guy I sold it to was a 240 guy and had a few he drifted and just wanted a stock one to daily. Got in touch with him a number of years later to ask about

I currently work at an ERAC airport location. Definitely seen my share of things like that. It’s amazing the condition that people will return cars in and that we don’t charge them at all.

Im in NC and so far the only kei cars I’ve seen are a Honda Beat and two kei trucks but those have been parked at smaller dealers to get people in.

CP all day. As much as I love these cars I’ve seen imported Silvia’s around the same price. This car would be a bit better around 4 or 5k.

Traded in my first car, a 2002 mirage, on a 1989 240sx coupe in two tone green. I’d been dreaming about one for a while and found an ad for one on craigslist. Now, it had been reposted numerous times for a while which should have been a red flag. I went to the buy here lot(flag 2) where it sat and took it for a test

Japanese Classics in Richmond gets plenty in around 10k and they look practically brand new. If I bought one it’d be a DD and I’m not sure what most people have experienced with imports as far as insurance.

I feel the same way. I’m hoping to find a few cleaner examples to restore and hold onto.

I’ve been looking for years and can’t find any that are even salvageable. Most are horrible projects not worth the money to try and clean up.

I absolutely love completely stock, unmodified 240sx’s, but I’m hesitant to pay 10k for a clean sub 150k mile example let alone $125k. Maybe when there’s less than 10 of them left in the world.

I really like Alfa but why are they only bringing their most expensive models

I’m in Raleigh, NC and basically every station has run dry. Some have been lucky to have a small delivery of gasoline but it’s gone within an hour. I was lucky enough to fill up at the station next to my job before most people knew they had gotten a shipment.

Just bought an 07 350z which has HP in the low 300s. It's a heavy enough car but it feels like it has plenty. If I added power i think somewhere around 400 would be more than enough.

Before I got my license I couldn’t care less about cars. First car I wanted was whatever boring a to b car I could afford. The car addiction slowly began, but it wasn’t until I helped work on my friends s14 that I began to see them in a new light. Some point after that they showed me initial D and my love affair with

There's a shop near me that has tons of old 80s Japanese cars that according to Google maps have been there for quite a few years. Numerous 240sx hatchbacks and coupes, a mk3 supra, rx7s, Hondas, etc. I had asked about this one s13 coupe that I know had been there a while but I didn't really get a straight answer as

Regret selling my two tone to this day. Sadly, the guy who bought it from me ended up getting in an accident and the car was totaled. It’s a shame they’re treated as they are when they’re so rare now. Any time I go on craigslist to find another I just end up getting really depressed.

I guess it’s just me but I think the FRS has more than enough power. Maybe it’s just cause I’m used to old low power Japanese cars. I liken this car to something like the 240sx which wasn’t that powerful even with the turbo. For both cars I would consider the power “just enough” and there's plenty of room for upgrades

I prefer the look and features of the BRZ but I like the price tag of the FRS better.
