I think I just heard a cash register ding to the tune of Super Mario Bros. 1-1.

Normally I love the stories you guys come up with, but this comic just rubs me the wrong way. As much as I can get the joke, it does feel a bit like making a PTSD joke—and my friends who actually have PTSD don't generally appreciate that kind of joke with the same kind of humorous attitude as others.

Not innovate necessarily, but simply polish. How many kinds of Sonic game have we seen since Adventure 2? It's obscene. Sonic has no identity anymore. I wonder if they let Treehouse do it. I've noticed a trend that, post Kid Icarus, post Animal Crossing, Nintendo published games are little more loose and fun with their writing. Like, read some trophy and tip descriptions in Smash. Fun stuff!

The legendaries have to be coming from Hoopa. The real question is why? The protagonists of the Pokémon games have a tendency to have some sort of unspoken quality that makes legendary Pokémon seek them out as partners. But Hoopa appears to be shaping up for a pretty dark backstory- maybe it's just using us, trying to
