Here’s one of my favorites ending this season... Gokusen Toshi Asterisk season 2's. The ending is... passable. At its best. But the ending themes for it are a bit hit on me

I believe the key here is that the world should be accessible enough that the game mechanics to film transition doesn’t completely destroy suspension of disbelief, while also having a simple, to the point story that doesn’t take 25 hours of unraveling to get into.
