I believe adequate and expected customer service would have been to redirect him to the proper source. That would be going above and beyond already since they have not responsibility to respond whatsoever to his complaint.

Am I the only one that doesn't believe that the PS4 and Xbox 720 will have 8 gigs of ram like the rumours say? Seems like overkill, PC games don't even use near that much yet and they also have to be running Windows etc.

Yeah, I called it too. He should of made it more like he destroys the ship sacrificing himself or something. This kind of movies always have such negative endings.
