I plan on waiting till they end up on Steam for Mass Effect 3, and (depending on whether or not I even want to buy it) Battlefield 3. I have Mass Effect 1 & 2 on Steam, and I want the third there too. If they never come out on Steam, maybe I'll never play them.

I totally agree. If a game has $60 worth of content I'll pay for it (I just pre-ordered Skyrim through Steam... I don't know why I need to pre-order a game through digital distribution... that didn't makes sense, anyway) but way to many games aren't worth the cost they ask.
