Its a pretty big spoiler for someone that might read it and when they first see titus playing blitzball they might put 2 and 2 together. that would ruin the rest of the game for me.

Actually he clearly didn’t. If you read the three comments following that comment, they used for example the phrase “dreams playing soccer” and “He’s not a ghost though, but a dream.”
