No, the PS4 version is not yet approved. It’s currently at $333,000 as of this writing, and it needs $500,000 for PS4. Still, it’s happening regardless.
The Switch and Steam versions are already funded. This thing is all but guaranteed to come to the PS4 at this point. I admit that I was never a huge fan of the game on Wii U (got it for free through Club Nintendo), but I applaud them for doing whatever it took to bring the game to a wider audience.
To say that it was worth it is a gross understatement. It’s some of the most generous DLC I’ve ever seen. Five new characters. Five new stages. A ton of new spirit battles. And a crap ton of new music.
Dang it, I literally came here just to make a joke about him not even having a mouth to eat it. Why do you have to be a person of culture as well?
Byleth is incredibly fun to play as, so I’m very happy. The range on the side special is amazing.
Meh, I never had an issue playing my Virtual Boy. I played that thing for hours at a time with no problems.
I know it’s not new, but nice timing choosing the holodeck comic the same week as Picard premiering!
The Tetris Company has been incredibly anti-consumer for a long time now. They have very strict rules about how many versions of Tetris can be available at a time on various platforms. It’s why the PS4 version of Puyo Puyo Tetris could only be purchased as a physical copy. There was already a digital version of Tetris…
Hmm...kind of a weak week this week. Even a new Life in Aggro was weak this week.
More like quintupling down on it...
Tokyo Mirage Sessions is the big release for me this week. I played it on Wii U, and I’m looking forward to playing it again Switch. Fantastic RPG.
They’re trying to change the heart of Haru’s father (the girl with the floofy hair that apologizes for her father’s actions in the comic). He’s the president of Big Bang Burger, and has horrible working conditions for his employees, so they talk about boycotting. Then they see Joker sitting in Big Bang Burger doing…
Life in Aggro may not be new yet again, but also yet again it’s the best comic by a landslide here. Actually got me to genuinely laugh out loud. I love the look of Morgana’s embarrassment at the end.
You don’t need the expansion pass for them to be added to the game. You only need it to catch them. Most pokemon weren’t catchable in previous generations either. You had to transfer them from previous games. So you’re getting your precious pokemon without having to pay for them.
It’s also not not a Switch right!?
The Final Fantasy joke is that they’re playing the MMO FF14, which has this classic boss from FF4, but it lacks the classic FF4 boss music. FF4 has some of the most legendarily epic boss music in gaming history, so she can’t get pumped up for the fight until that amazing music is booming. It’s one of the best gaming…
I thought they were at home, so that’s why it didn’t make sense to me to say “I’ll be out in a sec.”. It makes sense now, but the joke still isn’t any good.
I know Life in Aggro isn’t new again this week, but that’s one of the best comics they’ve ever done. I know exactly how they feel.
Anyone who grew up in the N64/PS1 era wouldn’t see that as scary. Just retro.
