I’m both glad and sad to see Contra Rogue Corps in this list. Glad because this game needs to be recognized as the piece of crap it is. Sad because this is what Konami has done to what was once considered a legendary series in gaming.

Definitely nothing for me this week. Which is fine considering how many games I have on my plate at the moment.
Life in Aggro was a bloody good time this week.
A couple anime movies, some Nintendo eShop money, a new PS4 controller, and $100 cash.
Untitled Goose Game is the most over rated game of the year in my opinion. I struggled to even finish it out of boredom, and it is a short game. The novelty of the game’s humor and game mechanics wears off extremely quickly.
That’s difficult, because I always got what I asked for. I guess the only example I can think of would be the Power Glove for the NES. But I actually asked for it so I was excited at the time. But it was such a crappy device that we returned it to the store a week later and exchanged it for Ninja Gaiden and Cobra…
That’s exactly the problem though. You have to suffer through a 60 hour slog to earn that story payoff for the second game. FC’s battles are slow as heck, and you spend 75% of the game with a party of only 2 or 3 characters, which makes said battles even slower, and they never balance the enemy encounters based on…
The Trails series overall is fantastic. But it gets off to an extremely rough start with the first Trails in the Sky game, which is in my opinion, a genuinely below average game. Trails in the Sky SC is much much better. But that first game is rough as heck. And a 60 hour below average RPG is a really high barrier of…
You can’t polish a turd.
Poor Rotom. ;_;
I mean yeah, that’s how Nintendo always handles their DLC. That doesn’t address the length of time for this turnaround though in my opinion.
I wonder why there is so much of a delay with the rollout of this content? Three extra costumes and mini games won’t be ready until April 30th? That feels like a long wait for such little content.
That was literally my first thought as well. That is peanuts per person.
Personally, I found Untitled Goose Game to be the most over rated game of the year. The novelty of the game, its scenario, and its mechanics wore off really quickly for me. I did finish it, but I felt like I was to forcing myself to do so well before the end. And it is a short game.
Absolutely loved Life in Aggro this week. Any reference to Chrono Trigger is a good reference.
He trying to say that the ninjis in Mario Maker 2's speed run mode should be partially transparent because they’re other players’ ghost data. He’s also probably trying to say that they are too distracting visually while you’re playing because they’re not partially transparent.
I bought this game the day it launched back in the day. This was when Squaresoft was at their peak, so I bought every one of their games without hesitation.
On this website specifically, the most underrated game of the decade (probably of all time) is Xenoblade Chronicles. For whatever bizarre reason, the editors at Kotaku just seem to hate this game, and I feel it is the best RPG of the decade. It is an incredible game.
You might want to re-read it. Seriously, reading and comprehension is key here. Please do it. If you’re honestly not going to read it, then we’re done here, because you’re obviously just trolling.
